An access marker is indicated nearby on the Wi-Fi spot map, but I cannot connect to Wi-Fi.
Your device may not be receiving the Wi-Fi signal, even inside a facility where Wi-Fi is available.
For example, in the station shown here, you can connect to Wi-Fi near the access point set up on the second floor, but you cannot connect on the first floor as it is out of the Wi-Fi service area.
If the signal is too weak even inside a facility where Wi-Fi is available, check stickers, posters, floor guides, etc., and move close to an access point before connecting.
If you use the iOS version
Your device will not connect automatically to a Wi-Fi service you use for the first time. Check stickers, etc., and connect manually in a location with a strong signal.
